I received the doggie pet nap. It was (is) as cute as can be. Put in new battery and the puppy wouldn't do it's breathing thing. I called the company who was going to send out a shipping return label which has not arrived after a couple of weeks. It's not the end of the world. Otherwise, I would have given it a perfect score.

It is very cute and my granddaughter loves it. It is a substitution for the real thing and her parents love that!! We were disappointed that it didn[t come with a hairbrush though.
