My 4 year old and 6 year old wanted this Rescue Pet so they could play the on-line games. They got them for Christmas and the website is a VERY BIG disappointment. It does not load and 1/2 of the things do not work. We did not need another stuffed animal in this house but we got 2 for 30.00! I will never buy or recommend this product to anyone. Complete rip off.....DO not buy it for the computer ganes......

My 4 1/2 yr old used her birthday money to buy this product via Amazon. After trying to find a name for it that wasn't already taken the site bounced her out. She could see it but was unable to click anywhere, so of course she started to CRY. The started an afternoon & evening of trying to get it to work, it never did. So I wrote to the company & this AM I received an e-mail saying that if we have patience the site will be fixed soon. I explained that 4 yr olds are not big on patience & that we will probably just buy a webkibnz or shining star in the future. This site could be awesome it they waited to launch it with out the glitches. I would strongly reccomend that you NOT buy this product!!!! We are now stuck with what ends up being another useless stuffed animal.

i bought this for my daughter 2 days ago and it's still not working.The code on the dog says it's not an active code.....i dont understand. They dont email back, no phone number to call them. This is the worst toy i ever bought. My daughter is so disapointed she cant use her dog. Hopefully they get there act together soon.

This COULD be a great alternative from Webkinz, but MGA needs to go back to the drawing board on this one. Not only is the site not complete, but there are glitches everywhere. Unlike other sites, you cannot name your pet what you want. Try to name your pet and you get an annoying "that name is already taken" message. So parents be warned if your kids want to name their pet "Spot" "Coco" "Bingo" or anything other than "Askiheeryg43562". They are slow on responding to emails for help.We registered in early afternoon, but it wasn't until late evening we FINALLY got an activation email. AND to put the icing on the cake, the site states you can change your pets name, but you can't! There's no place for it under account management. So MGA, get off your duffs and fix the site. You could have a nice product if you fix the website asap.
