Well Presented Training Guide. November 3, 2008 Carlos E. Rangel This training is very well presented, with lots of color pictures that make very easy its use.
a must read if you are going to do agility October 10, 2008 W. Dietrich (Las Vegas) My aussie is on her third agility class and we love it. Got the book for a birthday gift from someone who thought we might enjoy it. My first thought was what am I going to learn from a book when I am paying close to a $100 a month for classes. Turns out there was alot of really useful information packed into this book without being over loaded. The writing style is easy to follow and flows very well. Now when I do my training I have a few tips that the instructor has not shown us which has made learing much easier. The only thing I would like to mention is dog agility takes up alot of space and the equipment is somewhat expensive. It is not likely that you will be able to do this in your backyard. You should make sure that training is offered in your area.
Great book, even for not so begginers August 27, 2008 Babs Great book, everything you need to know. How to make obsticals and agility speak are great!
Great resource! July 31, 2008 L. Fazzone (NY) This book is a great resourse for those who are interested in agility, but don't know where to start, or those beginners looking for some pointers and training tips. I also really enjoyed chapter 21 "Minding Your Agility Manners" which tells you what to expect at competition, and how to avoid doing anything considered faux pas.
Dog Agility July 30, 2008 Jay Ram A bit heavy handed on promoting Ag training, but the enthusiasm is real and the advice and information extensive and invaluable.
